British broadcaster, Piers Morgan, has said Tottenham Hotspur must beat Manchester City on Tuesday night.
Morgan stated this on X after Aston Villa played out a thrilling 3-3 draw with Liverpool at Villa Park on Monday night.
The result leaves fourth-placed Villa in prime position to finish ahead of Spurs.
Unai Emery’s men have 68 points, five points more than Tottenham, who have two fixtures left to play.
Morgan wrote: “So, with that Villa draw, Spurs MUST beat City tomorrow night or they won’t have any chance of qualifying for the Champions League.
“Perfect scenario for Arsenal to win the League.
“Come on @SpursOfficial – you can do this, you useless wastrels.”
