The House of Representatives has urged the Federal Government to probe the circumstances that led to the killing of military personnel in Abia State. The resolution followed a motion of urgent public importance moved by Makki Yalleman on Wednesday during plenary. A 52-year-old estate agent, Johnbosco Dauda, was on Wednesday arraigned before a Grade ‘A’ Customary Court, Ibadan, over an alleged N430,000 fraud. Dauda, whose address was not given, is being charged with stealing and obtaining money under false pretence. The Prosecutor, Mr Philip Amusan told the court that the defendant committed the offence on May 6, at the Sango area of Ibadan.
