The Federal Government has stopped export of locally produced Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) also known as cooking gas. The measure is to mitigate the price of the gas that has been soaring steadily. The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has postponed its National Executive Committee, NEC, meeting from October 24 to November 28. The Chairman of PDP Governors’ Forum, Bala Mohammed of Bauchi disclosed while reading a communique issued by the Forum at the end of it enlarged meeting on Tuesday in Abuja. President Bola Tinubu has announced that Nigerian motorists can now choose between buying fuel at N1,000 per liter or opting for the more affordable Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) at N200 per Standard Cubic Meter.
